Solar Calendar MMVX

Back in 2015, I revisted a staple project assigned in design school, the calendar project. For this project students were invited to design a calendar that would challenge the expectations and norms of a typical calendar.

The Solar Calendar was designed as a 48"x48" poster that expresses the passage of a year of time as an orbit around the sun. Inviting viewers to connect with our small, humble place in the vast expanse of time.
